Holding an asset is a decision someone once made, and a responsibility someone now carries. Manus Management works with high net worth individuals and families whose wealth is expressed primarily in property, including residences, commercial holdings, land and the structures around them. We make certain that what they own works just as hard as they did to acquire it.
At Manus Management, everything happens in confidence. Nothing happens by default.
Clients usually come to us when they feel their assets are spread across too many specialists to keep track of.
A régie is collecting the rents. A fiduciary is filing the accounts. A bank holds the mortgages, and a notary holds the deeds. Everyone involved is competent at the thing they were hired to do. What is often missing is anyone whose job it is to look at the whole and ask the awkward questions.

How a mandate begins
The methodSlowly, and mostly with reading.
The first months of any engagement are spent going through leases, loan agreements, works records and whatever else has accumulated in the file, which in one recent case ran to eleven years of correspondence about a single boundary wall.
We visit every property. We meet the people already advising you, because we would rather work alongside a good notary than replace one.
Only after that do we put a view in writing. It is usually longer than clients expect and occasionally not what they were hoping to read.
